Barre3 Class

Join us for a 45-minute Barre3 Class hosted by Barre3 Menlo Park in the Galway Room at Park James. You’ll get an exhilarating workout and a glass of champagne at the end to reward yourself!

Barre3 is a full-body, low-impact workout that combines strength conditioning, cardio, and mindfulness. Clients are empowered to listen to their bodies and modify movements so that they feel successful in class. It’s a workout that caters to all body types and lifestyles.
