We are honored to host an exclusive wine dinner in partnership with Chappellet Winery, for an intimate evening of wine, conversation, and thoughtful pairing.
Founded by Molly and Donn Chappellet in 1967 on the rugged slopes of Pritchard Hill, Chappellet helped define the promise of mountain-grown Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. Guided by a vision to craft wines with the depth, elegance, and longevity of the great First Growths of Bordeaux, the family established one of Napa’s pioneering hillside wineries and continues that legacy today through the second generation.
Chappellet remains a benchmark for Pritchard Hill, earning acclaim for age-worthy Cabernet Sauvignon and a portfolio that reflects the power, complexity, and finesse of its mountain estate. Its Pritchard Hill Cabernet Sauvignon represents the pinnacle of the winery’s portfolio, with the 2012 and 2016 vintages each receiving perfect 100-point ratings from Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate.
Guests will enjoy a canapé reception followed by a five-course tasting menu featuring six selected Chappellet wines. Each course, curated by Chef Joseph Humphrey, is specially created to pair with the wines, bringing together Oak + Violet’s refined Californian cuisine and the distinct character of Chappellet’s Napa Valley estate. As each course is presented, Theo will share the story behind the wines, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience the people, place, and philosophy that define Chappellet Winery.
